291jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods available on the Platform. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 291jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 291jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 291jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 291jili does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
291jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and our data retention obligations.
291jili will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting 291jili customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
291jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
